Ms Jones takes the time to really let the reader get to know these characters and what makes them tick, what makes them do the things they do. There is so much drama with abuse, blackmail, threats, cheating, manipulation, secrets, trust issues, and insecurities. These are balanced with acceptance, forgiveness, love and learning to trust in their feelings and love together. Such a beautifully written story. Well worth your precious reading time.
