Der Patient wies neben Vitiligoherden an typischer Lokalisation depigmentierte Maculae in ekzematös veränderter Haut bei bekannter atopischer Dermatitis auf. Daneben ein progredienter, streifenförmiger, scharf begrenzter, depigmentierter Herd im Verlauf der vitiligo dating app varikös veränderten Vena saphena magna links. Nach Krossektomie und Stripping-Operation der Vena saphena magna kam es zu keiner weiteren Progredienz des Vitiligoherdes. Möglicherweise stellt die Varikose einen Triggerfaktor für die Vitiligo dar. After crossectomy and stripping of the greater saphenous vein there was no further progression of the vitiligo lesion. Thus, it is conceivable that varicosis is a factor for triggering vitiligo. Early diagnosis in patients known to have vitiligo and showing symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency could stop the formation or progression of vitiligo lesions.
